The product we use at our practice facility is Target Bases. (bought online from Batting CagesInc.) These bases helped with the teaching of proper sliding as well as proper base running techniques too. Great article to culminate with the safety bases we use. Thanks

Great message for kids and adults. We see too many slides into 1st base now.
And I required disc surgury after a couple head first slides one year in our adult baseball league
