Contest Rules

Frequently, Junior Baseball conducts Contests, Sweepstakes, or Promotions where users have a chance to win prizes. The following serve as general rules for these opportunities. See specific contests for other rules that may apply.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY FOR ANY JUNIOR BASEBALL CONTEST OR SWEEPSTAKES. Open to legal US residents who are between 6-18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of any Contest/Sweepstake Sponsor (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible. YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. The first name, initial of last name, age and state of residence of each winner will be posted online when all winners have been confirmed. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit (1) one entry per person and per email address. Limit (1) one entry per household. Entries using automatic entry will be disqualified. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these rules and by the decisions of Junior Baseball, which are final and binding. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to hold Junior Baseball, and where applicable, the Contest/Sweepstakes Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Junior Baseball and the Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. Junior Baseball and the Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or for technical malfunctions of any kind. If for any reason the Internet portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, Junior Baseball reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify the promotion. Participants also agree that if he/she wins that Junior Baseball may use the winning Photograph and each winner's name, photograph, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising relating to the Contest or future promotions without compensation or approval (except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law). All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners, if applicable. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize are/is ineligible or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Junior Baseball, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another winner. Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Junior Baseball and any Contest/Sweepstakes Sponsor.
